Pepper to taste

Prepare all ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content, an egg of category C1, take premium wheat flour, remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator in advance, it should be softened. Instead of chicken fillet from thighs, you can use chicken meat from chicken breasts or legs. Please note that the weight of clean chicken meat should be 350 grams. If you wish, you can additionally use your favorite spices.

Rinse the chicken meat under running water, dry with paper towels, cut off excess membranes and fat and use a sharp knife to cut the fillet into medium pieces.

Place the light loaf slices into a deep bowl and fill with cowʼs milk. Set the bowl aside for 10 minutes so that the loaf is saturated with milk and swells. In the future, this crumb will make the cutlets more juicy.

At this time, place the pieces of chicken meat into a blender bowl and grind the meat at high speed. You should get a homogeneous consistency. If you donʼt have a blender, use a meat grinder. This procedure will allow the bread to absorb all the meat juices. After the time has passed, remove the bowl from the refrigerator, remove the film and thoroughly mix the chicken mass again, whisking it with your hands and saturating it with oxygen.
