Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 3 pc
Salt to taste
Milk 150 g
Breadcrumbs 100 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 100 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 1 kg
Starch 2 tbsp
loaf 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
To prepare the cutlets, take the chicken fillet and rinse it in running water. Then dry the meat with a paper towel. Cut the chicken fillet into longitudinal strips to make it easier to twist it through a meat grinder.

Step 2

Step 2
Pass all the meat through a meat grinder. Place the finished minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will knead the minced meat for the cutlets.

Step 3

Step 3
Soak the loaf slices in milk, lightly squeeze out the excess liquid and also pass through a meat grinder. Add the chopped pulp to the bowl with the minced meat.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into slices. And also pass the onion through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat. Add a little salt and spices to the bowl with minced meat to taste. Mix everything well until smooth. If the minced meat turns out to be runny, add a little starch at this stage. Beat the finished mixture a little on the bottom of the bowl so that the minced meat becomes denser and the finished cutlets do not fall apart during frying.

Step 5

Step 5
With wet hands, take a little of the prepared meat mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs. Form small patties and place them in a hot frying pan.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. They should form a golden crust.

Step 7

Step 7
Then turn the cutlets over and fry them on the other side for a couple of minutes. Serve the finished cutlets with a side dish of mashed potatoes or spaghetti. Bon appetit!
