Champignon Mushroom Cutlets

Tender and tasty champignon cutlets. Mushroom cutlets are not often made, but this is an excellent dish that can decorate any table.

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Bulb onions (You can take any onion.) 2 pc
Vegetable oil 50 g
Champignon 300 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Boil the champignons in salted water, drain in a colander and drain.

Chop the mushrooms. You can do this with a blender, cut with a knife or pass through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and pepper and chop finely. Simmer with vegetable oil or a small amount of mushroom broth.

Combine chopped mushrooms with stewed vegetables. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly.

Add 2 eggs, breadcrumbs.

Mix all ingredients well again. The mushroom mince is ready.

Fry the cutlets in a frying pan in vegetable oil or steam them. Can be baked in the oven (20-30 minutes at 180*). The cutlets should be browned on both sides. Thatʼs all. Letʼs start tasting. The side dish can be anything: boiled rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables. Mushroom cutlets are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
