Healthy Chicken Breast Patties

Very tasty and juicy cutlets. Recommended for consumption! This recipe for dietary cutlets is always on our menu in the spring and summer. The cutlets according to this recipe are very tasty, and the chicken fillet is not dry thanks to the large amount of greens and onions. I advise everyone who is on a diet to try it.

Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Onion 3 pc
Garlic 5 clove
Salt 1 tbsp
Chicken breasts 2 kg
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Greenery 100 g
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Potato starch 2 tbsp

Mix 3 eggs, starch and mayonnaise. If desired, the amount of mayonnaise can be reduced. I add it solely for the juiciness of the chicken fillet.

I use a lot of greens for my dish. I put it in without regret.

In a blender, chop the greens, onions and garlic. If you don’t have a chopping processor at hand, you can chop it finely by hand or pass it through a meat grinder.

We get this mass. Place it in a large bowl.

Next, we chop the fillets themselves. If you don’t have a food processor, you can cut it into small pieces, but do not put it through a meat grinder. After a meat grinder, the result is not the same as with fine cutting.

Now mix all the ingredients in one deep bowl. Pour in our pre-prepared sauce and mix everything well. At this stage I add salt. Cover with film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pour some oil into a frying pan and fry a little in the pan.

Our goal is not to fry until done. We just have to fry until golden brown.
