Sugar to taste
Apples (average) 0.5 pc
Milk 70 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil (plus for greasing the pan) 2 tbsp
Pumpkin 450 g
Cottage cheese 100 g
Semolina (with a slide) 1 tsp

Peel the pumpkin and grate it on a fine grater.

Simmer in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, milk and semolina, stirring frequently (about 10 minutes). Add salt and sugar to taste. Cool until warm.

Add cottage cheese and egg to the pumpkin mixture.
