Chicken mince 500 g
Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 30 g
Champignon 150 g
Dry spices to taste

How to make chicken cutlets with mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can prepare minced chicken yourself by passing the chicken meat through a meat grinder or buy it ready-made. Any mushrooms can be used. I will add champignons to the cutlets.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop. Also rinse the champignons and finely chop them. Heat a frying pan until hot, pour a little vegetable oil and add onions and mushrooms. Fry everything together for 5-6 minutes. Donʼt forget to stir so the mushrooms donʼt burn.

Place the minced chicken into a large bowl. Add egg, salt and a little spice to the minced meat. As a spice, you can add ground pepper and a little paprika.

Next add the fried mushrooms with onions and breadcrumbs. Why add crackers? They will absorb some of the moisture that is in the minced chicken. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not fall apart when frying.

Mix all ingredients well with each other until smooth. Beat the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl to make the minced meat more dense.

To fry the cutlets, heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil. With wet hands, form small patties and place them in the pan. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Do not make the fire too high so that the cutlets have time to fry inside.
