Basic:

Chicken mince 1 kg
Onion (Average) 2 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper (With a slide) 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Vegetable oil (Depends on the size of the pan, add as much oil as you usually use) 7 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Beat onion, eggs, pepper and milk in a blender.

Add the mixture to the minced meat, add salt and mix well.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and spoon in the minced meat, forming cutlets. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
