Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Chicken fillet 500 g
Garlic powder 0.5 tsp

How to fry tender chicken cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the chicken fillet in running water, dry with paper towels and cut into the smallest cubes possible.

Place the chopped fillet into a deep bowl suitable for mixing minced meat.

Beat the egg into a bowl and add sour cream. Mix well. Wash the egg first with baking soda under running water, as it may contain harmful bacteria.

Next, add flour to the bowl and stir. If the minced meat turns out to be very liquid, add a little more flour and mix again. It shouldnʼt be very thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Choose any spices to suit your taste, you can take a ready-made mixture of spices for chicken, but then you will need to reduce the amount of salt, since salt may already be present. Leave the mixture to marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Spoon the mixture into patties and fry over medium heat.
