Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Pork loin 700 g

Marinade:

Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Lemons 1 pc
Mineral water 500 ml
Garlic powder 0.5 tsp

How to make a pork cutlet on the bone? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. For this dish you need two pork loins on the bone. If desired, you can trim off excess fat. You can add spices to your taste.

First, prepare the marinade. Wash the lemon, dry it and cut into medium slices.

Wash the tomato, cut into small pieces. It is better to take a tomato that is not hard so that it can be mashed with your hands.

Place tomato and lemon slices in a bowl and crush them with your hands to release the juice.

Add paprika, dry garlic, salt and pepper and stir.
