Salt to taste
Rice 0.5 cup
Eggs 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Minced pork 500 g

For the sauce::

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Sour cream 100 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Dry spices to taste
Tomato juice 1 cup

How to make hedgehogs with rice and tomato paste? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat or mixed. It is best to make minced meat yourself, but you can buy ready-made ones.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes. It will become softer and begin to turn a little golden.

In a separate bowl, combine the prepared minced meat and raw rice. Add fried onion and egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

Mix all ingredients well with each other until smooth. To make the meat mass denser, beat it on the bottom of the bowl several times.

To prepare the sauce, peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Fry the carrots for 2-3 minutes until soft, adding a little vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl, combine tomato juice and water. Add fried carrots, tomato paste and flour. Add salt and spices. Mix everything.

Form small balls from the meat mixture and place in the prepared frying pan.
