Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken cutlets with herbs? Take the chicken fillet and cut it into oblong pieces so that they fit freely into the meat grinder.

Step 2

Step 2
Scroll the chopped meat through a meat grinder.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse in cool water and pass through a meat grinder, following the meat. Wash the greens and dry well. Chop it finely with a knife. I used green onions and parsley, but any you like will do.

Step 4

Step 4
Add the egg and chopped herbs to the resulting minced meat. To taste, slightly salt the minced meat and sprinkle with dry spices to taste (I took ground pepper and paprika). Mix the meat mass very well with your hands. Beat the minced meat a little on the bottom of the bowl to make the cutlets denser.

Step 5

Step 5
Form small cutlets from the resulting mass and roll them in breadcrumbs. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cutlets. Fry them over medium heat for a couple of minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Then turn the cutlets over with a spatula and fry on the other side, also for 2-3 minutes. Place the finished cutlets in an empty pan and leave to lie for a while under the lid. For these cutlets, prepare a side dish of mashed potatoes or spaghetti. Bon appetit!
