Vegetable oil 30 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 700 g
Starch 3 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken cutlets without bread? To prepare the cutlets, pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will prepare the cutlet mixture.

Step 2

Step 2
Following the meat, pass the peeled onion through a meat grinder. Chopped onions will add juiciness and flavor to the cutlets.

Step 3

Step 3
Then add the egg, salt and spices. Mix the whole mass well. As a spice, you can use ground black pepper and dried herbs, or use a ready-made spice set for meat.

Step 4

Step 4
The finished cutlet mixture will be a little liquid, so you won’t be able to make cutlets out of it. So add a little starch. Adjust its quantity to your taste. Beat the finished cutlet mass a little on the bottom of the bowl. Thanks to this procedure, the headlights will become denser and will be easier to mold into cutlets. And the cutlets themselves will not fall apart when frying.

Step 5

Step 5
To fry the cutlets, heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Form small cutlets with your hands and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place the cutlets in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.

Step 6

Step 6
The finished cutlets will look very rosy and appetizing.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve the chicken cutlets hot. Bon appetit!
