Milk 150 ml
Mustard 1 tsp
Turkey 700 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 g

How to make ground turkey cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose turkey meat without bones. It is advisable that it is not frozen. Choose chilled meat. Soak the loaf slices in milk and leave to soak for a while. They are necessary to give the cutlets juiciness.
