Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chopped chicken cutlets? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. As chicken meat, you can use meat from any part of the chicken. For cutlets, I like to use leg fillets. It is not as dry as, for example, breast fillet. You can use any greens. I take fresh parsley.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse chicken meat in running water and dry. Then cut into very small pieces. To make it easier to cut, the meat can be frozen a little. Frozen meat can be cut even smaller.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then the onion must be chopped. To do this, you can chop it very finely with a sharp knife or use a chopper. Combine chicken meat and onion.

Step 4

Step 4
Finely chop the washed greens and add to the bowl. Then break the egg and add starch. To make the cutlets juicier, add sour cream. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix all ingredients well. The finished cutlet mass will become thick and viscous.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Spoon the cutlet mixture into the hot oil. Fry the cutlets over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. There is no need to make a big fire. The cutlets should have time to cook inside and not start to burn. They will turn a delicious golden color.

Step 7

Step 7
The finished cutlets are very tasty when served hot. They turn out soft, tender and juicy. They don’t have time to cool down here. In addition to them, you can prepare any side dish or salad from fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
