How to quite simply prepare aromatic azu with beef and potatoes in Tatar style, which is sure to please many for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing a hearty dish of Tatar cuisine.

Start preparing the dish and cut three hundred and fifty grams of beef into small cubes one centimeter thick and three to four centimeters long.

Take a cauldron or saucepan with a thick bottom, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and put it on the stove, then put the chopped meat in a cauldron with hot oil, then stir and fry the meat at high heat on the stove

Cut two fairly large onions into half rings and place them in a cauldron with meat, then stir and continue frying until the onions are transparent at high heat on the stove.

Take a large grater and grate two pickled cucumbers.

Pour three hundred milliliters of meat broth into the cauldron and mix all the ingredients, then cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer the meat and vegetables for about forty minutes on a low stove temperature.

Cut seven hundred grams of pre-peeled potatoes into small and not very thin cubes and place them in a frying pan placed on the stove with heated vegetable oil.
