Bulb onions 2 pc
Vinegar 1 ml
Turkey fillet 500 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make lula kebab? First, soak the wooden skewers. To do this, take an oblong container, it doesn’t matter what exactly it will be (container, baking dish, bowl), the main thing is that the sticks fit completely into it. So, pour cold water into a container, put skewers in it and leave them for 1 hour. This must be done so that when baking the skewers do not burn and the meat does not stick to them.

Step 2

Step 2
Now take the turkey fillet and wash it well, then dry it using napkins or paper towels. Next, finely chop the turkey fillet, then chop it into a coarse mince using a heavy knife or cleaver. Soften the butter.

Step 3

Step 3
Now peel the onion and chop it finely. Then mix it with chopped ground turkey. Add eggs and soft butter to the container with the minced meat and onions, also add salt and black pepper. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Place the prepared minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 4

Step 4
After this time, remove the minced la lule kebab from the refrigerator. Wetting your hands in hot water, take a portion of the minced meat (for one lula) and stick the resulting chilled minced meat in the shape of a small elongated cutlet around a wooden skewer. Repeat this procedure with the remaining skewers and minced meat.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the molded lula kebabs on a baking sheet lined with foil, or put them in a ceramic patch, for example. Place the turkey cradles in the oven for subsequent baking (baking temperature 180°C). Cook them until golden brown. This will take 20-25 minutes. Turn them over a couple of times during cooking.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel the red onion and cut it into thin circles.

Step 7

Step 7
Place turkey kebab on a dish/plate, garnish the dish/plate with red onion rings, sprinkling them with vinegar and olive oil. Bon appetit!
