Dry spices 1.5 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes 160 g
Salo 100 g
Zucchini 120 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry shish kebab from champignons on the grill? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the champignons and drain in a colander or pat dry with paper towels. If the mushrooms have too long legs, then they should be trimmed a little, leaving about 1 centimeter from the cap, otherwise the champignons will be inconvenient to place on the skewers. I used white and brown champignons.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and zucchini. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, about 3-4 millimeters wide. Cut the lard into slices about 3 millimeters wide.

Step 3

Step 3
Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour vegetable oil and soy sauce into a deep container. Add your favorite herbs and spices. I used dry garlic, marjoram, nutmeg, dry basil, red bell pepper, ground black pepper, ground chili pepper (all in an amount of 0.25 tsp). If necessary, add a pinch of salt, but usually soy sauce is enough. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the champignons and tomatoes in a clean plastic bag.

Step 5

Step 5
Add pieces of lard and zucchini there. Pour the dressing over everything and seal the bag.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything in a tied bag, kneading it slightly with your hands. This should be done carefully so as not to break the champignons. Leave everything to marinate in a closed bag. There is usually enough time while the grill is being prepared.

Step 7

Step 7
Light the grill and wait until the wood burns out and the coals remain.

Step 8

Step 8
Thread the mushrooms onto skewers. From the specified amount of ingredients I got 6 large skewers. Two with lard, two with tomatoes and two with zucchini. You should string it one by one, first the champignon, then the lard, etc. On another skewer, alternately thread champignons and cherry tomatoes. The third skewer combines champignons with zucchini.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the skewers on the coals. Fry, turning occasionally, until done. Cooking time depends on the number of coals and their degree of heat. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes.

Step 10

Step 10
Remove the finished champignons from the grill and serve hot to the table. Bon appetit!
