How to make shish kebab from chicken fillet? Prepare the following ingredients. Take fresh fillet anyway. I took dry spices specifically for chicken, but you can use any others to your liking. Mayonnaise, of course, can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt, but try cooking with it first and then experiment. Wooden skewers need to be of such a size that they can then be placed on the sides of the baking dish.

Pour water into a deep bowl or baking dish and place wooden skewers there. This procedure will make it easier to remove the meat from the skewers.

Rinse the chicken fillet under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into large pieces, about 3 by 3 cm.

In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, dry spices and a little salt and ground black pepper. Taste and add salt if necessary. Place the chopped chicken in the bowl with the marinade and stir to combine. Leave the chicken to marinate on the counter for half an hour or more. The longer the meat is marinated, the juicier the kebab will be.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees with convection top/bottom mode — this is one of the conditions for a successful result. Place the marinated meat on wet wooden skewers. Pour water into the baking dish (or leave the one in which the skewers were) — I saw this information somewhere and I think that this also affects a good result; Place the kebab on the sides. Place the form with the kebab in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
