Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 5 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 0.5 l
Bulb onions 4 pc
Table vinegar 2 tbsp
Bacon (Itʼs better to take smoked brisket) 400 g
Adjika (1/2 cup) to taste
Pork neck 1 kg

Cut the meat into medium pieces. Cut the onion into cubes, chop the garlic. Dilute 1.5 tbsp in 0.5 liters of water. salt, add 2 tbsp. vinegar, pepper. Pour marinade over meat for 2 hours.

Then drain the liquid and add adjika, stir and leave in the refrigerator overnight

The next day our meat will be ready.

Thread the pieces of meat, alternating with pieces of brisket, onto skewers. Pre-soak wooden skewers in water. We no longer need the onion, we throw it away, it has already fulfilled its main role.

Heat the oven to 200 gr. Place skewers with meat on the grill. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with lettuce, sweet pepper and herbs. Bon appetit!
