How to make shish kebab from a pork heart on the grill? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I took three pig hearts. This was enough for 6 skewers. You can use any spices you like if you wish.

How to make a marinade? Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add all the spices to it and mix everything well. Thus, while we are preparing the pork heart, the aroma of the spices will already begin to unfold in the oil.

Wash the heart in running water and remove blood clots, films and veins.

Cut into desired size portions.

Season with lemon juice and stir.

Add the prepared spices in oil, mix thoroughly again and marinate in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours!

After a while, the hearts are marinated and that very pleasant moment of frying kebabs in the fresh air comes! Light fruit tree wood and wait for gray coals to form.

While the wood is burning, thread the kebabs onto skewers.
