Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make lula kebab from lamb in a frying pan? Letʼs start, of course, with preparing minced lamb. Separate the required amount of washed and already dried meat and lard, or better yet, fat tail fat. We will trim off all excess and cut the lamb into pieces that will be easily chopped in your device.

Step 2

Step 2
I have a wonderful thing that requires no effort — a blender. I sent meat there, and then pieces of fat. But you can also use a simple meat grinder, and it’s up to you to decide which grid with large holes or smaller ones.

Step 3

Step 3
To prevent the minced meat from falling apart during frying, it is advisable to beat it firmly — throw it on the table, a couple of times is enough.

Step 4

Step 4
You can also grind peeled onions, but! Firstly, the minced meat for lula kebab should be textured. And, secondly, if you also grind the onion, the minced meat will acquire a more watery structure. So letʼs chop it finely.

Step 5

Step 5
We will do the same with the greens — grind them almost into dust.

Step 6

Step 6
Add the onions and herbs to the minced meat and mix well, season the minced meat for lula kebab with salt and something spicy. Various spices are suitable for this purpose. I use cumin, coriander and ground black pepper. We can experiment according to your taste. Knead as long as possible, i.e. 5-7 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Cover the bowl with the minced meat with cling film, keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, and then make small sausages.

Step 8

Step 8
We put these sausages on wooden skewers or skewers and fry them in well-hot oil in a frying pan, remembering to carefully turn them over. 15-20 minutes is enough.
