Quick & Tender Chicken Meatballs in Creamy Sauce

In half an hour an unusually tasty dish is on your table! Try it! Chicken meatballs in sour cream sauce is one of my favorite recipes. The dish is prepared very simply and quickly, and its taste is most delicate. An excellent alternative to cutlets or meatballs made from minced meat.

Ingredients (3 portions)

For the meatballs:

Chicken fillet 500 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

For the sauce:

Bouillon cube 0.5 pc
Water 1 cup
Sour cream 1 cup
Butter 20 g
Wheat flour 1 tbsp

Heat olive oil in a hot frying pan and fry finely chopped onion until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix chicken fillet, fried onion, starch and salt.

Pass all ingredients through a meat grinder or food processor.

Using hands dipped in cold water, form small balls from the resulting minced meat.

Place them in a hot frying pan with oil and fry until done

Letʼs prepare the sauce! Dissolve half a bouillon cube in hot water

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour to it. Stir thoroughly

Pour broth into butter-flour mixture

Reduce heat and fry meatballs until crust forms

Meanwhile, add sour cream to the saucepan

Mix the sauce thoroughly and simmer until thickened.
