Pork knuckle 1.5 kg
Garlic 50 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Greenery 10 g

For the sauce:

Grainy mustard 50 g
Honey 100 g

For garnish:

Sauerkraut 300 g
White wine 150 ml
Bacon 150 g
Tomato paste 60 g
Caraway 5 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Vegetable oil 100 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

How to make meat in an air fryer? Wash and dry the pork knuckle. Make cuts (slots) to the full depth and on all sides.
