Perfectly Tender Filet Mignon Steak

Royal filet mignon steak is the perfect dish. Filet mignon is the most tender and expensive cut of beef. It is used to prepare amazingly soft and juicy steaks, most often medium-done. This part of the beef does not have an expressive taste, so it is important to use spices and aromatic herbs.
