Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make dessert from a can of condensed milk and lemon? Prepare your food. Choose high-quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and food additives. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The quality of the condensed milk will ultimately determine the taste and quality of the finished dish. Take a medium-sized lemon, weighing about 150-160 grams.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the lemon well under running water and soda to remove dirt and the substance that is used to treat the fruit for long-term storage. Cut it in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. To prevent lemon seeds from getting into the juice, place a small strainer on the cup into which you will squeeze the juice. Then they will fall into the sieve and not into the juice.

Step 3

Step 3
Take a bowl in which you will beat the dessert. Pour condensed milk into it, and then lemon juice. I would like to warn you that you can adjust the amount of lemon juice to your taste. If you donʼt like desserts with a strong lemon flavor, then reduce it.

Step 4

Step 4
Take a mixer with regular whisk attachments. Start whisking the condensed milk with the juice, first at low speed and then at medium speed. You need to beat for a long time, about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
During this time, the cream will turn very white and become fluffy. It will also thicken a little. Moreover, after several hours in the refrigerator, the dessert will become even thicker.

Step 6

Step 6
Transfer the resulting cream into portioned jars or bowls. Cool it well in the refrigerator. Serve dessert with fresh berries and cookies or sponge cake. Bon appetit!
