Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 220 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 50 g
Soda 0.3 tsp
Kefir 250 g

How to make fluffy kefir pancakes in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this. I use 3% fat kefir. But you can take any other one. In order for the pancakes to be fluffy, all the ingredients must be at room temperature. Kefir can be slightly warmed in the microwave.

To prepare the pancake dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Break an egg into a bowl and add sugar and salt. The amount of sugar can be changed to suit your taste. Whisk everything a little with a whisk until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Then stir in the prepared kefir.

Sift flour and soda through a sieve to saturate with oxygen. Add flour to the bowl and knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the dough. It may take a little more or less.
