How to make honey cake with cream cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour for the dough through a sieve in advance. I do not recommend replacing butter with margarine. The cakes made with margarine will be hard. It is better to use cheap butter than expensive margarine.

Add sifted flour to the warm honey mass and knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the finished dough.

The finished dough is very soft and practically does not stick to your hands. Leave it to sit for 10-15 minutes.

You can bake cakes of any shape and any size from the finished dough. You can make a cake 2 layers high or, for example, 5 layers high. I will make a cake in 3 layers. Roll out the dough thinly and prick with a fork so that it does not puff up during baking.

Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Honey cakes cook very quickly. They become golden in color. Cool the cakes.

To prepare the cream, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy. Then stir in soft cream cheese.

Add a little cream under the first cake so that it does not slide on the base or on the plate. Pipe cream over the crust. If desired, you can add a little berry jam.
