Coffee (soluble, granules) 2 tsp

First you need to melt the butter on a tiny fire. And be sure to stir constantly! It took about 10 minutes to melt.

While the butter is heating, you need to mix all the dry ingredients (coffee, flour, baking powder and sugar).

Mix dry ingredients until smooth.

When the butter is melted, you need to cool it for a couple of minutes. After this add cream and eggs.

I beat the butter mixture with a whisk.

You will get a small amount of dough. It took about 15 minutes to combine and mix all the components by hand. Maybe with a mixer and faster.

I greased the molds with oil and filled them halfway. Fitting them into the molds took 5 minutes.
