A combination of three flavors. Its godlike! Prepare! Itʼs 36 degrees here. But still I want something sweet. And then I came across such an interesting recipe. The unusual composition of the cupcakes attracted me. Yes, this dough is truly incredibly tasty. Very gentle, almost weightless. The filling certainly speaks for itself. Caramel! You can just eat it without anything! Well, cream cheese, it complements the combination of flavors here. Despite the heat, itʼs delicious with coffee! You can also serve it with tea or juice. Dough:

Wheat flour 200 g
Eggs 2 pc
Sugar 200 g
Egg yolks 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Chocolate 100 g
Cocoa 60 g

Vanilla sugar 10 g

Caramel:

Sugar 190 g
Butter 150 g

Cream 190 g

Cream cheese:

Cream 200 ml
Powdered sugar 60 g
Cottage cheese 400 g

So letʼs get started! Letʼs prepare and weigh the ingredients for the cupcakes.

Mix together chocolate, butter, vegetable oil. Place in the microwave for a few seconds. We do this 3 times until our chocolate dissolves. Mix everything and put it aside for now.

Beat eggs and yolk with sugar.

Now add half the sour cream and half the flour. And so on. Letʼs mix everything. At the end, pour in boiling water.

Letʼs prepare paper molds and insert them into the molds. Fill 3/4 full of our dough. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

The cupcakes turn out very tender. We now need to fill them with filling. You can take any jam, boiled condensed milk or, like mine, caramel.

I made the caramel a long time ago. It keeps well in the freezer. This is caramel with gelatin, not just caramel, but salted caramel. So, letʼs make caramel. Pour gelatin with water. Take a saucepan with a thick bottom. Donʼt add all the sugar. And don’t turn it on over high heat. When some of the sugar melts, add the other part. We donʼt interfere with sugar. We can only tilt it. At the same time, put the cream on the fire next to it. Heat them almost to a boil.

When the sugar dissolves and turns slightly brown, pour in our cream. And pour them in parts, at first just a little, and immediately stir well with a whisk. You canʼt pour out all the cream. Be careful, the cream will rise and you may get burned. Mix the cream and add butter at room temperature. Mix everything well. Now remove from heat, pour into another container and add squeezed gelatin. Mix everything. And now letʼs add a pinch of salt.
