Quick and Tasty Fried Apple Fritters

Delicate aromatic apples in airy batter! The apples turn out very tasty and tender. The dough layer is not very thick, but very tender. Instead of vanilla, you can add cinnamon to the dough or sprinkle the finished apples with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Apples of any kind will suit your taste here, sour or sweet, the main thing is that they hold their shape well, otherwise after frying, you may end up with applesauce inside the dough. Help yourself!
