Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 1.75 cup
Eggs 2 pc
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

How to make custard for Napoleon cake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Fry the flour in a dry frying pan, stirring.

The flour should become light creamy.

Beat the eggs with a mixer at low speed.

Without stopping whisking, add the toasted flour to the eggs and bring the mixture until completely homogeneous. Let the milk boil. Pour sugar into it and stir until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. As soon as the milk boils, remove it from the stove and cool. The milk must be warm before we pour it into the eggs.

Pour the warm milk into the egg mixture, stirring continuously. Now place the egg-milk mixture in a water bath and stir until thick with constant stirring. It shouldnʼt boil. Remove the mixture from the stove and cool until warm. Then beat the future cream with butter with a mixer until fluffy. Finally add vanilla sugar. The cream is ready.
