Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 3.5 cup
Milk 1 cup
Potato (mashed potatoes) 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Olives 50 g
Yeast (dry) 2 tsp

Divide the dough into 2 parts. And we form it into focaccia. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the products there. Leave to proof again for 20 minutes.

Place the olives, cut into rings, on the focaccia.

Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 40 minutes. After baking, the product should come off the baking sheet well and, when tapped, have a dull sound, as if you were knocking on an empty barrel. Remove the focaccia from the oven and cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes.
