Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chocolate fondant with liquid filling? Easy, fast and simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Eggs are needed large, selected. Chocolate is preferably of good quality with a cocoa content of at least 70%. Take the highest grade flour.

Step 2

Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. To ensure that the chocolate melts evenly and does not stick to the walls, it must be stirred periodically. High-quality chocolate will be homogeneous, smooth and shiny.

Step 3

Step 3
Melt the butter as well and cool slightly.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour the still warm melted butter into the chocolate.

Step 5

Step 5
Stir well until smooth. The mass should be smooth and shiny.

Step 6

Step 6
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and smooth. It is important that the sugar and salt melt, otherwise they will sink to the bottom of the bowl and weigh down the dough. In this case, the mass should lighten and retain a large number of bubbles on the surface.

Step 7

Step 7
Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the beaten egg mass and beat again with a mixer until smooth.

Step 8

Step 8
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture. You may need more or less flour, depending on the consistency of the dough.

Step 9

Step 9
Mix the dough using a silicone spatula. You should get a homogeneous viscous, but not very dense dough.

Step 10

Step 10
Grease muffin tins thoroughly with butter (even if they are silicone).

Step 11

Step 11
Fill the molds with chocolate batter. I had enough dough for exactly 6 molds.

Step 12

Step 12
Place the fondants in an oven preheated to 200°C for 8-9 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. It’s better not to go far from the oven at all. After all, if you hold the fondant for an extra minute, the center of the cake will bake and turn from liquid to very viscous or completely baked. When the surface has risen slightly, remove the cupcakes from the oven and cool slightly in the pan.

Step 13

Step 13
Transfer the finished fondants to a dish and serve immediately, garnished with berries and mint. If desired, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit!
