How to make a cake from corn sticks with condensed milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can buy boiled condensed milk ready-made. But I prefer the taste of home-brewed from regular. I boil a closed can of plain condensed milk in boiling water for 2 hours. And I also cool it closed. Corn sticks are very light and with low weight there are a lot of them.

Cut the corn sticks into pieces, approximately 15 cm. I cut each stick into 3 parts.

Chop the walnuts with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan until a characteristic pleasant aroma appears. Then transfer them to a plate to prevent them from burning in the cooling pan.

Melt the butter and add boiled condensed milk to it. Just one jar will be enough.

When heating, stir everything so that the mass becomes homogeneous. Condensed milk with butter will be slightly thick.

Place the chopped corn sticks into a large bowl and fill with condensed milk.

Add the toasted walnuts to the bowl with the corn sticks. Mix everything so that the ingredients are evenly distributed with each other.

To assemble the cake, place a ring on a plate and acetate film on the sides. Place corn sticks with condensed milk.

Press down with a glass so that the sticks fit closer to each other. So put all the sticks in the mold. Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow the cake to set.
