Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Milk 0.5 cup
Bananas 2 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 1 cup
Turmeric 0.3 tsp
Curry 0.3 tsp
Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp

Prepare the batter. Mix the dry ingredients — flour and spices.

Then gradually pour in the milk and stir until smooth. The batter should turn out like thick sour cream so that the batter envelops the banana pieces.

Peel the bananas and cut into 1 cm wide pieces.

Place the banana slices into the batter and stir until the batter coats each piece.

Heat a frying pan with oil and lay out the pakoras, while trying to grab the batter from the bottom with a spoon. Fry until golden brown.
