Basic:

Sugar 1 cup
Butter 100 g
Milk 300 ml
Bananas 2 pc
Ready shortbread cookies 700 g
Cottage cheese 1 kg
Vanilla sugar 1 pack

It is better to take homemade cottage cheese, rub it through a sieve or grind it through a meat grinder.

Cover the board with several layers of cling film. Pour milk into a bowl and heat. Dip the cookies into milk for a few seconds and place them on the board. Lay out in the form of a square.
