The ingredients for the dough indicated in this recipe make about 50-60 tartlets. There will be enough filling for about half of the products (plus/minus). I usually bake 2 times more tartlets than I need for the feast. And then for the remaining preparations the next day or a little later I prepare fresh filling and fill the tartlets with it. The family is happy and the celebration continues.
