Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 15 g
Nutmeg (rubbed) 2 g
Honey (liquid or maple syrup) 90 g
Carnation (ground) 1 g
Cranberry (dried) 60 g
Almond 185 g
Allspice (ground) 1 g
Pumpkin seeds (peeled) 105 g
Sea salt to taste
Ground cinnamon 2 g
Vanilla extract 3 ml
Ginger powder 2 g
Almond flour 30 g

Prepare all dry ingredients, measure the required amount of spices. By the way, you can choose spices according to your taste, and you can’t add salt at all, but I like the sweet-salty taste.

In a deep bowl, mix nuts, seeds, almond flour, cranberries and spices, add liquid honey and olive oil, mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, line a baking tray with baking paper, place the resulting mixture on the paper and bake for 20 minutes. While still hot, carefully cut into rectangular pieces and let cool completely.
