Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs (1 for lubrication) 2 pc
Potato 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Champignon 5 pc
Puff pastry 500 g
Minced meat (beef) 500 g
Dry rosemary to taste
Green pea 2 tbsp
Sea salt to taste

Recipe instructions

Peel the onions, carrots, potatoes, cut into 1 cm cubes.

Also finely chop the champignons.

Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l. olive oil, place it over medium heat, add chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Add rosemary, fry, stirring for 7 minutes. Add peas and cook for another 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
