Quick and Healthy Rye Flatbreads

Very tasty and healthy scones for tea drinking and more. The flatbreads are delicious with butter, fish and many other options for eating. They are prepared quickly due to the absence of yeast. Deliciously spread with green butter and serve with borscht. You can add flax seeds to the dough, or you can add cumin or coriander seeds, the taste will be different, and everyone will find their own, the best

Step 4

Step 4
Wrap in film and leave for 30 minutes

Step 5

Step 5
Sprinkle the table generously with rye flour and roll out a layer 1 cm thick. I made the cakes thinner and thicker. Both are delicious. Thin ones are crispier
