Eggs 4 pc

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Bring water to a boil, melt butter in water and add salt.

Step 2

Step 2
Add flour there. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.

Step 3

Step 3
As soon as the dough begins to pull away from the walls and rolls into a ball, cook it for a couple more minutes and remove from the heat.

Step 4

Step 4
The dough must cool well so that the added eggs do not curl.

Step 5

Step 5
Once the dough has cooled, start adding eggs one at a time. One was added, stirred until smooth, and the next was added. Repeat the procedure with the remaining eggs. When all the eggs have been added, the dough should be soft, fluffy and shiny.

Step 6

Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180ᵒC. Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease with oil. Using a teaspoon or using a pastry syringe, place the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for approximately 35-45 minutes until golden brown. There is no need to open the oven during baking, otherwise the profiteroles will fall off and not become airy.

Step 7

Step 7
All! The profiteroles are almost ready. They should be hollow inside, just enough to fill them with all kinds of fillings. When the profiteroles have cooled a little, you can make a cut in them and fill them with filling.
