Basic:

Sugar (or to taste) 3 tbsp
Apples 2 pc
Cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream (any fat content) 1 cup
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Pumpkin (pumpkin puree) 400 g

In a bowl, mix egg, sugar and sour cream.

Add pumpkin puree and cinnamon and stir.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the dough, stir until smooth.

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces (I really like it when the apples are sour), add them to the dough and mix. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.
