Cottage cheese 400 g
Condensed milk 200 g
Semolina 40 g

In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer. For a more uniform consistency, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Or simply puree using an immersion blender.
