Basic:

Sugar 200 g
Apples 650 g
Cinnamon 6 g
Wheat flour 50 g
Butter 50 g
Vanillin 3 g
Eggs 1 pc
Walnuts 50 g
Raisin 50 g
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Puff pastry 250 g
Heavy cream 350 ml

Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them into medium cubes.

Chop the walnuts using a knife.

Place butter in a heated frying pan and add chopped apples. Add 150 grams of sugar, raisins, walnuts and cook for 5 minutes. A minute before readiness, add cinnamon and crackers, mix and turn off. Let the filling cool.
