Place the bowl in the bread machine and turn on the main mode, the weight of the loaf is 700 grams, the color of the crust is medium. For me this regime lasts 2 hours 55 minutes. At the beginning of kneading the dough, you can open the bread maker and check the consistency of the dough (add a little flour or water if necessary). After finishing the dough kneading stage, under no circumstances should you open the bread machine, otherwise the bread will be spoiled!
