Basic:

Butter 20 g
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Ready shortbread cookies 170 g
Milk chocolate 100 g
Confectionery topping 30 g
Cottage cheese 100 g

Grind the cookies in any convenient way.

Add powdered sugar, cottage cheese and melted butter to the crushed cookies. Knead a homogeneous dough.

From the resulting dough we form 12-14 balls. Place in the refrigerator until hardened.

Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate.

We put the balls on sticks for cake pops. It is advisable to first dip the tip of the stick into melted chocolate. And again put the balls on sticks in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
