Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 150 g
Wheat flour 180 g
Butter 150 g
Milk 50 ml
Vanillin 1.5 g
Cocoa 30 g
Chocolate 40 g
Baking powder 3 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Take butter at room temperature and beat well with sugar for 5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.

Add vanillin and gradually knead the flour, previously mixed with baking powder.

Add milk.

Divide the dough into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix.

Fill the mold with dough. I have a form of 6 pieces of 100 grams each. Half white, half chocolate dough.

Gently mix lightly with a thin knife. Then place pieces of chocolate in the middle of the dough.

Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Remove and let the cupcakes cool before removing them from the pans.
