Potato Mashed Bread for Bread Machine and Oven
Amazing bread — you would never have guessed what it was made from! I found the recipe for this bread on the Internet and with my love for experiments I couldn’t pass it up! I have already made dough with potato broth and I really like it, but this bread contains MASHED POTATOES! I liked the finished bread so much that I baked it twice in order to share it both for the happy owners of bread machines and for those who do not yet have this wonderful technique! Our composition is the same — the only difference is in the kneading and method of baking the bread! I will bake this bread more than once!
