Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Sift flour into a mixing bowl and add salt, sugar and milk powder. You can add dry herbs.

Step 2

Step 2
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well. In a cup, mix water with yeast until smooth and pour into the well.

Step 3

Step 3
Start kneading with a spoon. Add oil during the process. If the kitchen is cold and the butter is hard, melt it. I use ghee oil, at 22 degrees it is liquid. Leave a little oil to grease the bowl and pan (or baking sheet).

Step 4

Step 4
Knead as much as possible with a spoon. Place the dough on the table, no need to add flour, and let it rest. At this time, wash the bowl and grease it with oil, just a little.

Step 5

Step 5
Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. At first it will seem dry, but after a couple of minutes it will start to sweat and pick up all the flour from the table. After 10 minutes of kneading you will get a soft bun. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for the first proofing. It should double in size, this takes from 30 to 60 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
After the first proofing. Knead the dough, release the air from it and put it to the second proofing. If you did everything correctly, the second proofing is half as long as the first.

Step 7

Step 7
After the second proofing.

Step 8

Step 8
Form 6 buns and place them for the final proofing on a baking sheet or in molds (I use them for mini muffin loaves). Let it grow to double.

Step 9

Step 9
Bake. 190 degrees and 25 minutes. Wrap the finished buns in a towel and place on a wire rack for at least an hour to ripen the crumb.

Step 10

Step 10
Boil the eggs. Cool.

Step 11

Step 11
Finely chop the eggs and crab sticks.

Step 12

Step 12
Add chopped cucumber, herbs and mayonnaise, salt and pepper to them. Mix.

Step 13

Step 13
Cut the buns, lightly grease the crumb with mustard. Lay out the salad.

Step 14

Step 14
Fry the sausages in oil until golden brown and place on top of the filling.

Step 15

Step 15
Pour over the sauce. Forget your inhibitions and enjoy homemade fast food!
