Melts in your mouth, simple, fast, a holiday every day! Chocolate brownie pie is a dessert that is baked at a low temperature and therefore turns out to be unusually tender, even a little “moist” inside. Cocoa and chocolate in the composition make the brownie rich and aromatic.

Basic:

Sugar 220 g
Butter 120 g
Wheat flour 80 g
Cocoa 40 g
bitter chocolate 30 g
Eggs 2 pc

For the glaze:

bitter chocolate 30 g
Cream 1 tbsp

How to make a brownie pie? Prepare your ingredients. For brownies, take high-quality, rich cocoa. Nesquik and similar powders are not suitable here. Like chocolate, buy it of high quality, bitter or milk — it doesn’t matter (mine is in caplets). Butter must be of high quality, complying with GOST. Remove it from the refrigerator in advance to allow it to soften. Take selected eggs.

Place soft butter in a deep bowl, add sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.

Without stopping beating, add eggs one at a time, stirring the mixture after each egg.

You will get a homogeneous mass.

Sift the flour together with cocoa. Add them to the dough.

Mix the dough with a spatula or mixer at low speed until smooth. There is no need to stir for a long time so that the dough does not become too sticky.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Since I have ready-made caplets, I added them whole. Add chopped chocolate to the dough and stir until the chocolate is distributed evenly throughout the dough.

Place the dough in a parchment-lined baking dish (25x25 cm) and smooth it out. Bake the pie in the oven at 165°C for about 35 minutes. There is no need to bake the brownies longer — they should remain soft and tender inside.

Prepare the glaze. How to make glaze? Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan and, stirring, melt it over low heat.

Cool the cake, transfer to a plate and use a pastry bag to make a mesh of glaze. If you donʼt have a pastry bag, you can put the icing in a plastic bag and cut off the tip.
